You will be joining a dynamic team supporting a client and have placed over 1000 workers into temporary and permanent positions over 12 months. It's a very busy role where you will need to be fully versatile.
You will be open-minded, a team player and passionate about building relationships with people on all levels as you will be the first point of contact for most candidates. Naturally you will have an extremely friendly and professional manner and be confident over the telephone and face to face meeting up to 20 people per day.
Basic skills required:
Excellent IT Skills including Excel
Excellent level of service (face to face, telephone and email)
Inquisitive mind
Quick learner
Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
High attention to detail and excellent multi-tasker
Experience within Recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
What the average day looks like:
Attracting candidates through advertising, networking and identifying new methods
Pre-screen candidates thoroughly over the telephone and match to suitable positions – assess qualifications, skills, previous employment and availability
Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions on the client, including location, Health and Safety at Work requirements, job expectations and rate of pay
Face to face registrations with candidates, compliance and Right To Work checks
Updating candidates if they have been successful or support in finding alternative work
Co-ordinate with team in order to ensure the maximum number of bookings are filled
Maintain accurate and up-to-date details on system
