Element has an opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing admin support and organising visits to the UK by affiliate offices
* Office based point of contact for communication with affiliate offices, both inbound and outbound
* Chasing of performance reports from affiliate offices
* Processing Purchase Orders, supporting the compilation of weekly forecasts and month end accounts
* To provide administration and general support to the Operations team in relation to the annual audit programmes
* To liaise with clients in support of their certification
* To ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
* Ensure all administrative requirements are complied with, including scheduling of meetings with affiliate offices, issuing of meeting notes / minutes and general record keeping
* Arranging internal & external meetings and booking meeting rooms
* Other tasks as necessary to support to support the affiliate offices and the Systems Certification business
* Undertaking any other relevant activities as assigned by the Leadership team

* A self-starter and used to working to deadlines
* An understanding and respect for other cultures
* Have attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data
* Proactive approach to work with a good level of self-confidence
* Persistent and highly organised
* Strong customer focus
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
