Business Support Coordinator
Part time 08:30 – 13:30 Monday to Friday

£10.25 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a part time temp to perm Business Support Coordinator to join a fantastic company based in Milton Keynes. This is a 3-month temp contract with a view to become permanent. You will be the face of the company, so we are looking for someone who is courteous, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Job Responsibilities
* Answering a high volume of calls
* Booking meetings & organising meeting rooms
* Ordering lunches
* Organising post ready to be distributed internally
* Liaising with security staff
* Organising courier services when necessary
* Organising and booking offices and refreshments for conferences
* Internal travel arranging and mobile phone administration
* Updating internal telephone lists
* Re-ordering stationery and office supplies
* Administrative duties as required to support the Business Support function.
Skills and Experience
* A good general level of education
* Literate and numerate
* Experience of operating a reception
* Outstanding telephone manner
* Sound administration skills
* Experience with Microsoft office
* Working well under pressure
* Ability to multitask
