Business Support Assistant – Buckingham – Up to £24,000 (DOE)
Our client is a growing and forward thinking construction contractor that has an integral role available for a Business Support Assistant. You will support the Directors and to keep up with the demands of the business offer proactive marketing and business support to a close-knit team.
Your responsibilities and daily duties to include:
* Undertaking general office duties and admin support to the Managing Director and General Manager.
* Support with PA duties
* Research and inputting of data onto the CRM system.
* Managing spreadsheets.
* Processing work orders, quotes and invoices on the relevant systems.
* Social Media Marketing and planning.
* Creating engaging content and posting across social media platforms.
* Managing responses and interactions.
* Creation of graphics to support social media posts.
* Writing small content pieces for blogs and website content.
* Reporting on interactions and how the company can improve.
Skill Set:
* A good standard of written English is essential.
* A desire to excel within a business and play an integral part in office growth.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* An artistic eye and flair for design.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
* Experience using QuickBooks but not essential.
Our client is looking for someone who is polite, friendly and a good multi-tasker with a “can-do attitude”. You should be a quick learner and be adaptable whilst committed to achieving the aims of the business
