I am currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join the Head Office team for a Supply Chain & Logistics Company.
This role provides general administrative support to the business & assist in day to day operational tasks, ensuring efficient & effective processes. In addition to processing paper-based applications & accurate entry of information onto a CRM system, you will deal with inbound enquiries via phone. For this reason, office/admin experience in a call centre or customer service role would be preferred.
About the role:
– Answering general telephone enquiries, taking messages & directing calls
– Monitoring an email inbox, processing enquires & data accordingly
– Processing daily reports, application & audits
– To meet & greet general visitors
– To take minutes/action points
– Planning, organising, and managing events

About you:
– NVQ Level 2, Business Administration or equivalent qualification (essential)
– A professional, courteous manner
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Demonstrate a high level of customer service
– Good IT skills
