Business Manager – Charity – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire up to £38,000 -12 months fixed term contract

Hello Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a Business Manager for a Milton Keynes based charity on a 12 months fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of permanent thereafter.

This role is 35 hours per week with an overall responsibility to manage the business planning and support services for all activities and services delivered by the charity as well as strategic planning and performance monitoring across the business keeping a close eye on budget management and internal HR processes. The management of staff , business support, fundraising and facilities management will all be key elements to this unique position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with good HR admin experience and exposure to staff management and understanding of health and safety procedures. A confident communicator with a good understanding of budget monitoring, cost centre structures and financial processes and adept knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint will make you a good potential for this 12 months FTC position with a salary of up to £38,000
