Business Development Executive/ Lead Generation

Job Type: Permanent

Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary: £24,000 + Commission

Location: Wymbush, Milton Keynes MK8

Responsibilities:
– Good negotiation skills
– Good IT skills, Excel
– Ability to upsell, selling promotions
– Warm and cold calling, averaging 50 calls a day
– Able to follow sales process, generating leads, following up and booking jobs
– Account managing all new business
– Growing client base
– Building and maintaining professional relationships
– General admin duties
– Researching leads, retaining runs and jobs

Candidate Requirements:
– Confident and passionate
– Previous logistics or transport experience is a bonus, but not necessary
– Previous sales experience
– Exceptional telephone manner
– Great communications skills
– Resilience
– Excellent organisational skills
– Good customer service

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Wymbush, Milton Keynes. Our client are a haulage/ shipping company who are looking for a telesales executive to join their growing company. This telesales position will be for someone who is organised, who is easy to talk too and someone who can navigate a conversation to ensure their point comes across well.
