Our client is looking to recruit a Bid Writer.
You will work alongside the Bid Manager in supporting the end-to-end bid process and the sales team in creation of presentation materials and related collateral.
This role will have a high level of collaboration between Sales / Marketing / Executive Leadership / Business Management / Legal functions meaning you must be comfortable working with a variety of teams ensuring you meet tight deadlines.

What you will be doing:
Core activities will include:
• Supporting with coordination and preparation of bids, tenders and RFP’s ranging in size and complexity
• Help to define, design, create, amend and maintain core Tender responses and answers working closely with the Bid Manager and Business Development Lead who will act as the executive sponsor.
• Support stakeholder briefings
• Proactively contribute to the bid design process
• Work with the Business Development lead to create unique value propositions in terms of bids, proposals and presentations.
• Work with Internal and External Marketing team to create relevant content to use across multiple channels.
The Person:
• Bachelor’s degree (English, Journalism, Sociology or Humanities preferable)
• Advanced and adaptive writing skills with a strong orientation towards clarity, completeness and compliance; and the ability to position/wordsmith abstract sales and executive leadership direction into fluent, comprehensive and understandable copy
• Fluency in English.
• Expert Word/PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and contribute effectively and collaboratively. Willingness to work extended hours to meet dynamically changing needs and delivery schedules as and when required
