I am currently looking to for an Assistant Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year's experience within a similar conveyancing role. You will get to work in a small team with excellent opportunities to progress through the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the conveyancer and managing clients expectations whilst always maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Role
Manage clients expectations and manage a high level of customer care
Draft non-standard correspondence
Ensure case manager system is accurate
Issue regular millstone reports
Observe and manage all compliance requirements
Sending terms of engagements and estimates of fees and disbursements
Obtain and checking land registry documents or title deeds
Drafting or checking sales contracts
Collating and sending or checking supporting legal and financial documents
Exchanging contracts and completing the transactions
Ad hoc administration
To be considered for this role you must have the following
Customer focused and able to cope with peak demands
A minimum of 1 years' experience- Residential Conveyancing
Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the conveyancing process
Good oral and written communication
