Applications Administrator
Milton Keynes (Working from Home)
Temporary – 8 Weeks
£13.74 per hour (£25,000 per annum)
Start 14th February 2022
We have an opportunity for an individual with strong administration experience to join a fantastic, professional organisation. The company is based in offices in Central Milton Keynes, but there will also be an element of working from home. This role is an 8 week temporary contract.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Checking and verifying on screen application data
Checking supporting documentation against the database ensuring that all details entered are correct and that they meet the criteria
Providing customer support via email and telephone
To ensure that all information is input on databases accurately and that confidentiality is maintained at all times
Checking and updating a large excel spreadsheet and raising any necessary queries with the applicant, via CRM.Skills and abilities required:
Good administrative skills, able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
IT literate with Excel formula experience
High standard of literacy and numeracy
Previous system database experience required
Able to pick up new systems/processes quickly
