Applications Administrator

Milton Keynes (Currently Working from Home)

Temporary – Until March 2022

£13.74 per hour, £25000 per annum

We have an opportunity for an individual with strong administration experience to join a fantastic, professional organisation. The company is based in offices in Central Milton Keynes, but there will also be an element of working from home. This role is a five month temporary contract. You will need to have intermediate Excel skills and be comforatble using it on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Checking and verifying application data
Capturing and accurately recording applicant data
Requesting additional applicant information via email where necessary
Providing customer support via email and telephone
To ensure that all information is input on databases accurately and that confidentiality is maintained at all times
Inputting data onto CRM system
Sorting and verifying data in ExcelSkills and abilities required:

Good administrative skills, able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
IT literate with Excel formula's experience
High standard of literacy and numeracy
Previous system database experience required
Able to pick up new systems/processes quickly
Great attention to detail
