Our client has a vacancy with an immediate start for an experienced administrator to join their team. This role will initially be till April 2021 although it is highly likely that it will become permanent.
Day to duties would involve supporting online programmes, supporting social media platforms and updating websites – so it is essential that candidates have good experience in those areas. For example, supporting online training, online platforms (such as Zoom), and supporting the management of social media platforms such as Linked In, Instagram and Facebook on a professional level.
Experience within an events background is also highly advantageous as you will be arranging online/virtual events, seminars and meetings and also face-to-face events in the longer term. You will be co-ordinating the administration around these events, sending out joining instructions, responding to enquiries, organising delegate lists and providing support in setting up break out rooms etc.
There will also be lots of diary co-ordination, setting up meetings and webinars etc.
The successful candidate must have the following experience and skills:
* Highly organised
* Able to deal with senior level executives both internal and external
* Professional in both appearance and behaviour
* Strong all-round IT skills – to include Word and Excel at Advanced level.
