Insight Employment are seeking an Administrator for a client of ours in Olney for an immediate start.
Must have own transport or live local due to the location.
Main tasks: –
* Booking on purchase orders
* Sending pro-forma invoices
* Sending out standard template sales emails
* Sending out standard template quotations to customers
* Making teas/coffees for the sales team
* Answering the telephones, transferring calls and taking messages
* Taking card payments
* Other general admin duties as required
Requirements: –
* Must have previous Administration experience
* Strong communication & administrative skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Attention to details
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficient PC skills
Hours
Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour for lunch (unpaid)
Rates
£10.00 per hour
