About The Role
EKFB are looking for an Administrator to join the Safety, Health and Wellbeing team in Milton Keynes.
Key aspects of the role include:
Provision of diligent and methodical administrative support to the SH&W and A&C Functions.
Focus on the handling and manipulation of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data.
Supporting the Central SH&W Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information.
Gathering and interpreting data to produce both internal and external reports.
Develop and maintain an up to date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client as well as other internal & external stakeholders.
Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations.
Anticipate, respond to, and seeks to exceed the needs and expectations set out by the organisation.
Convey accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding.
Respond positively to changing business circumstances and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
About You
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
Familiarity with Microsoft Forms & Power BI
Excellent Organisational skills
Good Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Confident and eager to learn
Good communicator with excellent grammar
Minimum GCSE [or equivalent] Grade C Maths and English
Ability to work within a team and be flexible
Accuracy of work and attention to detail Ability to work to, and meet, tight deadlines
