Fulfilment Administrator – On Going Temporary
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
Pay: £9 – £10 per hour (DOE)
Duties Include:
Responsibly for monitoring approved reward limits in accordance to internal agreement
Control the day to day fulfilment activity in respect of current campaigns, through effective planning and organisation of work – including data input; order processing; issue, picking, packing and posting of vouchers, and maintaining the award database
Have a clear understanding of the current status of fulfilment campaigns in progress
Provide day to day contact for client's participants with regard to delivery of award
Operational administration
Assisting with picking and packing
Maintain agreed service standards on current fulfilment campaigns
Foster good working relationships with all areas of the business so as to maximise your work effectiveness
Assist Fulfilment and Redemption Team Leader with administrative cover of campaignsIdeal Candidate:
