Administrator required urgently for a major contractor who are rapidly expanding in the Milton Keynes area.
Duties to include
* Maintaining & Ordering Supplies
* Answering mainline calls
* Welcoming Visitors
* Maintaining & completing documentation for staff and clients
* Hiring vehicles/booking repairs when necessary & ensuring all charges are paid, updating insurance policies & maintaining fleet
* Customer Portal Document Updates
* Renewing Company Insurances & Accreditations
* Updating existing policies and creating new policies
* Booking hotels
* Ordering mobiles/laptops and looking after contracts (getting more data if it runs out etc.)
* General office duties (archiving files, organising cupboards, keeping office space clear & tidy)
* Arranging & booking training courses
* Maintaining the staff training record & Hands HQ (Personnel section)
* Arranging for Security checks (CTC, SC, DBS)
* Renewing Security Checks
* Chasing for documentation from applicants
The potential candidate must be a well organised Administrator with excellent communication skills and be IT literate.
