Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to at least grade C or above (or the equivalent) in Maths and English, have good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel and previous administration experience.
Duties for the Administrator role:-
Provide Admin support to the Professional Services Team including audio typing of letters and correspondence using Word and Excel.
Answering the telephone, ordering stationary, archiving files, photocopying and filing.
Assist with the investigation of cases.
Attend meetings and take notes.
Liaise with colleagues and external parties over the telephone.
Gather data, prepare and send monthly reports to the leadership team.Requirements for the Administrator role:-
Good IT skills including audio typing skills
Some previous administration experience and able to work to deadlines

The working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
