Quality Personnel are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for our client based in Tongwell (although currently this is a work from home role).
This role is to start asap (once all background checks have been completed this includes DBS and credit check) and you'll be working there until the 31st January 2023 (if you're doing a good job you're contract will be extended).
This role needs a strong administrator as you'll be supporting the business responding efficiently to incoming emails, live and text chats within the agreed timescale.
The department handle the customer queries and administration for anyone who has Service Contract Agreement for passenger cars.
The job itself is repetitive and you'll need high attention to detail, strong call handling skills are essential.
This is a work from home role right now however in the future you may be based in the office.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
