A rare opportunity has arisen within an award winning supplier, based in their Milton Keynes Office. My client is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team: this is a brand new role within an innovative office.
The day-to-day:
Answering general enquiries via phone & email
Meeting & greeting visitors
Ensuring all visitors comply with Health & Safety Regulations (covid policy)
Supporting the Financial Controller with PO number and invoicing
Support the Project Managers with booking travel & accommodation
Liaise with the Finance Team in regards to expenses etc for the MK Office
Managing office supplies
General admin duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a similar role
Competent in using Microsoft Office
Experience using SAGE
Strong organisational & communication skills
Able to think of their feet, solve problems & assertive
Previous experience of booking corporate travel, preparing carnets & exporting goods would be advantageous
