Job Overview
You will be administration support for the Accident & Repair centre team, full training given.
Job Responsibilities:
* Loading accident repair bookings on to the system
* Invoicing internal and external jobs
* Sending invoices to insurance companies
* Create booking packs and send out booking confirmations to customers
* Updating customers via text, phone and email
* Verifying supplier invoices
* Daily banking to be sent over to accounts
* Updating estimate tracker
* Ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
