An experienced administrator is required for training department for major rail organisation, primarily remote based, office in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time role (35 hour week) but some flexibility can be offered on working hours around core office hours.
Duties will include working with a planner, scheduling training courses for internal stakeholders, maintaining spreadsheets, taking phone calls, and ensuring stakeholders are scheduled for the right course at the right times.
Successful candidate will have some experience in a fast paced, administration role – comfortable on the phone with a wide range of colleagues and working accurately in that environment. Good MS Office including MS Excel skills required.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
