Administrator
We are recruiting for an administrator based in Milton Keynes on a temporary ongoing basis. As an administrator, you will need to be reliable and undertake administrative tasks to help the company operate smoothly.
Role of an Administrator:
Handle customer queries quickly and efficiently ensuring timely, formal responses are always provided.
Process orders quickly and accurately
Ensure that level of reporting is maintained and communicated to the customer on time
Maintain internal records using the relevant tools
Liaise with, and support, the Operations team by efficient and accurate provision/processing of information
Obtain POD information, feeding it back to customers/systems
Working with quality teams to introduce process improvements wherever possible
Cross train to support other team membersDetails:
Salary: £12 p/h
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: Temporary, on-going
As an Administrator you will need to have/be:
5 GCSE's including Maths and English (C)
Strong knowledge on all Microsoft Packages
Strong communication skills; both written and oral.
Good attention to detail.
Self-motivated and passionate to work.
Strong Punctuality
Time management skills.
Confident, professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Team Player
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
