Element has an opportunity for an Administrator with good customer service experience to work within our BM Trada division at High Wycombe.
Within this role, you will be supporting our Certification business involved in sustainability projects across the UK. You will tasked with the following supporting a team of Auditors operating throughout the country
* Management of existing Certification customers, you will be creating audit schedules, ensuring client files are maintained in an organised, accurate and complete manner
* Monitoring for suspensions, expiring certifications and annual audits and non-conformance
* Ensuring correct data is added to the certification database and running regular reports and actioning amendments and corrections where needed
* Provide monthly performance reports to all affiliate offices
* Respond to minor commercial enquiries
* Monitor and sample check the accuracy of the database
* Carry out website checks for suspended or withdrawn clients
* Support other operational and admin functions within the business
