Administration Team Leader
Temporary to Permanent
£22,000 – £23,000
Milton Keynes
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering a pro-active customer service function backed up by accurate administration. The successful applicant will have demonstrable Team Leading experience in a Customer focused environment. This role would suit an individual who is driven by delivering exceptional customer service and has the leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, support and lead their team.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Coaching, motivating and leading the team
Ensuring all customer interactions are followed through to conclusion
Providing proficient and proactive customer service
Reporting, analysing and improving processes
Ensuring Service Levels are met
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum of one years' experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused
Pro-active and innovative
Strong time management to successfully meet deadlines and control workload
Logical and systematic approach
