To administer and supervise a key area of our clients office and returns function, take ownership of the end to end processes including working closely with the administration team.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
To be responsible for leading a team providing administration support for the technical department
To follow the company Health & Safety, & Environmental policies
To respond to customer telephone queries
To respond to email technical queries
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with all department staff
Follow department processes and procedures
Ensure correct resource in place to deal with the key responsibilities of the department.We are looking for someone with:
Strong interpersonal skills including customer relationship management
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience of guiding a small team
Good understanding or ability to quickly adapt to the requirements of the role.
Experience of system and process change management and user testing
Ability to own and manage and respond to queries from a range individuals
