Key responsibilities for the Administration Assistant
Provides administrative support to a department or individual
Typing, Filing, Answering Phones
Calendaring, Record Keeping, Coordinating Meetings and Conferences, Obtaining Supplies and/or Sorting/Distributing Mail
Working on special projects
Compiling, Retrieving, Reporting and Analysing Information
The ideal Administration Assistant will have the following requirements
Highly skilled and knowledgeable in administration
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication & organisational skills
Able to work with minimal direction
Able to multitask & prioritise
