An exciting opportunity based in Milton Keynes, working for an American manufacturing company. The role offers a variety of functions to include accounts, purchasing and administration and supervisory of one employee. A pivotal role supporting the sales, production and accounts function.
An arm to the accounts team dealing with accounts tasks to include receivables, payables, ensure outgoing payments, assist with journals at Month End. Check expenses, processing payments, sending out payments to customers. Management of suppliers in terms of pricing and lead times, processing purchase order requisitions, placing orders, updating third party documents. Extensive administration to include gathering of documentation for Corporate Tax Return, archive purchasing/accounts files. Booking flights/hotel accommodation and airport transfers.
Previous purchasing and accounts functions, good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise. Confident, personable, with good attention to detail. Confidentiality, a willingness to work individually and as part of team.
