Job Title: Part time – Account Manager – Existing Accounts

Salary: £22,00 (Pro rota)

Hours: Part Time – Full 3 days or 9am – 13.00 – 5 days a week

Location: Milton Keynes

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a client within the construction sector who are looking for a Part time – Account Manager – Existing Accounts based in Milton Keynes,

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Deliver a high standard of customer service to strengthen and enhance customer satisfaction.
Effectively deal with enquiries, providing guidance and assistance to centres via email and telephone.
First line complaint handling
Process centre and course applications within the specified timelines detailed in the Services Agreement including but not exclusive to:
Processing Payments
Appraising Applications
Gathering, collating and chasing up information
Suspension/Withdrawal Process
Filing and obtaining files – manually and electronically
Scanning, filing and shredding documentation
Provide Quality Assurance Auditors with office support, where required

Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems
Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
