Accident & Repair Centre Co-Ordinator Permanent 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm
Do you have great customer service skills, able to take a customer on a journey from start to finish?
Able to multitask and stay organised?
Build good rapport with all departments?
Work within a busy fast-paced environment?
Clear communication both written and verbally?
Job Overview
When a customer has had an accident, able to take them through the whole process until there vehicle is returned.
This could be a quick turnaround, or could take a few months, ensure the customer is fully aware of what is going on, reporting any changes in the schedule.
Looking after one repair centre, liaising with the customers and insurance companies and other departments within the company.
Full training given.
There is a monthly bonus guarantee for the first 3 months,
