Customer Banking Advisor – Milton Keynes
Start date: Monday 23rd November 2020
Salary: £9.00p/h
Training: 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday for 1 week
Hours: Shifts between 8am – 8pm, Monday – Sunday
Weekly pay – paid in to your account every Friday, 1 week in arrears. First payment – Friday 4th December
About You: As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:
-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
-Answering basic enquiries & transferring customer to correct department
-Determination and resilience are key factors
-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
The successful Customer Service Agent should possess the following skills and experience:
-Effective listening skills
-Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
-A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
-Excellent communication skills
-PC literate
-Passionate and eager for a new challenge
