Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:00

Summary
Due to our continued success as one of the country’s leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Sales Product & Pricing Coordinator to join the team based at our Milton Keynes Support Centre.
If you have a strong analytical background and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of Microsoft Access and Power BI coupled with strong communication then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable with using and navigating through a wide range of SCANIA systems and applications.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the SCANIA contract pricing calculator, including implementation of updated pricing modules for new products, services, and vehicles
Calculating and managing the monthly excess mileage and distance reporting including managing the recharge and review process
Involvement with tender pricing activities to support our internal functions and dealer network
Creation and development of reporting suites and dashboards to provide insight to our internal and external stakeholders to support the future growth aspirations of our customer portfolio
Supporting our internal stakeholders and dealer network with a wide range of queries related to the pricing and loading of service contracts
Education and/or experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability write and understand complex formulas
Use of Power BI with the ability to create and maintain dashboards
Previous experience of using Microsoft Access
Previous use of Autoline would be preferrable
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge or experience with Aftersales service contracts
Interest in working with insight and data
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and problem solve
Self- motivated and assertive
Flexible and adaptable to change
