An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for an experienced CeMap qualified Mortgage Adviser to join a highly-successful and trusted Financial & Wealth Management practice operating throughout the Home Counties and Surrounding Areas.

Mostly Remote – 1 day a week at office
Uncapped Earnings + Benefits: OTE: £60,000+

Operating throughout the Home Counties and Surrounding Areas with the expansion of the business, we are looking for Financial Advisers to join us to provide private clients and local businesses with a single point of contact for all of their wealth management requirements.

The Role:

Due to recent expansion and acquisition we are currently recruiting an experienced mortgage adviser to join our team and lead our mortgage practice.

The role holder will manage an existing team of 1x mortgage adviser and 1x mortgage administrator although this team is likely to expand in line with demand and growth plans. As an established and trusted wealth management business you would collaborate with our wealth advisers to meet both the wealth management and mortgage needs of HNW clients.

We are looking for someone with proven business development experience who can really take ownership and support business growth whilst also being remunerated for their success.

About You:

+ At least 3 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser, advising private clients on all types of mortgages.
+ CeMap qualified
+ Previous experience working within a IFA/financial advice, however not essential.
+ Strong drive to succeed
+ You will have the knowledge and the competency to deliver holistic financial advice and grow your client bank through client referrals and professional connections.
+ You will have natural instinct and understanding of developments in various aspects of the mortgage lending industry
