Are you a qualified Finance Manager looking to work for a rewarding and innovative business in Milton Keynes?

We are working alongside a true leader in their field who are looking for a competent and well-rounded Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join their site in Milton Keynes. With a record year of sales, the team is growing and they are looking for an ambitious individual help grow the finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

Embracing a business partnering mentality, engaging with budget holders in various departments across the group

Producing and analysing the monthly management accounts

Managing and developing a small team

Continuously reviewing accounting processes and initiating process improvements

Stock/ inventory management and reporting.

What will you need to be considered?

Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with "hands on" financial management experience

Experience in working in fast paced environment, ideally a FMCG or a high volume B2B

Exposure to stock / distribution / inventory management

A strong and well experienced management accountant.

This role will remote to begin with then flexibility will be on offer once their offices open back up. Alongside the competitive salary you will be eligible for a notable bonus and great staff benefits
