Due to company growth my clients are now seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to head up a team of full and part qualified accountants.

. You will be responsible for the production of yearly and quarterly financial statements under IFRS/UKGAAP, drawdowns and distributions, for private equity clients.

. Ensure that all client reporting/fund reports are accurate and on time including capital accounts, investor reports, and financial accounts meeting all client expectations and SLA's.

. Excellent team management experience, training and development.

. Be the first point of contact for clients, plan and deliver superb services to.

. On-boarding of new clients, careful management of all expectations.

. Keep up with the technical accounting within the funds industry.

. Be responsible for final review of PE accounting workload.

. Attend board meetings as and when needed.

. Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise in a fast moving environment.
