SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/ PRACTICE MANAGER ROLE BASED IN MILTON KEYNES, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE- JOB REF: JO27534

Accountancy Elite are thrilled to be partnered with an excellent Accountancy Practice based in Buckinghamshire, dealing with a variety of clients to provide a broad range of services. This company is currently undergoing expansion through a merge and is therefore taking on a large number of new clients.
The successful candidate for this role would be either ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE having had a minimum of 3 years' accountancy practice experience. Experience in a managerial position would also be ideal, but is not required. Due to the nature of the role, it would also be preferable for some file reviewing/audit experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Workflow planning and overall management of day to day business activities.

* Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

* Driving business growth.

* Ad-hoc personal and business tax computations.

* Managing a team of 4.

* Experience with file reviewing/audit.

Candidates Attributes:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice environment.

* Either ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with an ability to demonstrate knowledge.

* Experience with Xero/Quickbooks or similar software package.

* Excellent communication skills and management qualities.
