Purpose of Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join there dynamic team. The role involves control of a portfolio of clients. The clients cover a wide variety of industries and the services provided to the client are tailored to the client's needs. The role includes but is not limited to the following:

Take ownership and responsibility for a portfolio of bookkeeping clients
Preparation of accounts for various clients including sole traders, limited companies and SME's.
To ensure the bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns are processed accurately, timely and efficiently
All aspects of bookkeeping for multiple clients.
Offering solutions to financial queries.
Occasional travel to client sites (when permitted)
Personal skills:

Highly organised
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport with clients
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills and qualifications:

CIMA or ACCA or AAT part qualified or qualified or equivalent or QBE
Study package could be offered
Working knowledge of Xero and Sage accounting software packages

37.5 Hours a week, can be flexible on start in finish time but will need to do 37.5 hours a week.
