Competitive SalaryScania Financial Services are looking for a credit manager to join our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit manager with a drive for leading others and improving business processes.

For us, finding someone with the right character is just as important as the skill set. We are looking for a passionate people manager, with the following attributes.

People management – leading a team of x5, with a passion for guiding and developing those around you
Leadership – confident decision maker, leading by example and helping those around you navigate the credit management world
Hands on approach to work – you will need to manage your own credit mandate, whilst guiding others
Process driven – able to create, implement and lead change throughout the Financial Services organisation
Relationship building – a key part of this role is the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, allowing you to deliver unpopular news, whilst keeping our customers on the journey with us
Big picture thinking – as part of the management team, you will be aware of how your department impacts all aspects of the business – with an aim of continuous improvement

This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational manager, with a heavy focus on credit management.  The right candidate will have a visible, hands-on approach and will delight in improving the business, via the development of people, process, policies, and structure.
