Our financial service provider client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager/team leader to join their operations department, responsible for leading and developing the customer services team to ensure that a personalised, seamless and compliance service is provided to their customers. As a key member of the team, this role will lead our client’s digital transformation programme, recommend products and pricing for their Savings products.
Key duties of the Savings Team Manager will be: –
* Leading, managing and developing the Customer Services Assistants
* Proactively managing the Savings Department’s operational workload and breaks
* Providing market research and use own experience to make recommendations for products and pricing at Savings Product Committee meetings
* Leading the digital transformation programme
* Working closely with the Quality Control Team Leader to maintain and improve the quality of work, erase errors and make risk control recommendations
* Proactively managing escalated customer queries and complaints
The successful candidate will possess: –
* Previous experience within a team management/leadership role
* Previous experience with Savings within retail banking
* Ideally experience with digital transformation projects
Our clients head office is based in Buckinghamshire and they would be open to a hybrid approach to the working week once established in the role
