This client has a state-of-the-art energy-efficient building based in Northampton. It is in the perfect location for travel from the Midlands and London – based just off the A45.
The role
In this role, you will be taking lead in delivering change for the creation of Regulatory and Economic reporting to regulators and internal committees. You will liaise with the Senior Technology Lead and the Solution Architect for this area.
You will be required to:
Translate business requirements into technical designs that can be built against
Work with a team of developers to shape the strategy for a key regulatory product in partnership with the Senior Technology Lead and the Solution Architect.
Steer and mentor less experienced Analyst Developers
Draw out detail whilst maintaining a holistic overview of the end to end processes that support the creation of regulatory and Economic Capital reportingSkills
Desired experience:
SAS Inc. solutions – intermediate level
SAS Regulatory Risk Management or Credit Risk Management for Banking – Intermediate level
Cloud-based solutions – working knowledge
Stakeholder management
Solid interpersonal skillsDesired skills:
DISTINCT ADVANTAGE: Working knowledge of Capital Requirements Directive IV, Credit Risk, CoRep and Basel III
Big Data / Hadoop / Impala integration / Opensource tech: Scala/Python experience
Solution architecture experience – some
