We are currently looking for a Sales Operations professional to join an EMEA Sales Operations team. The individual will provide analysis and decision support for the EMEA Operations team and EMEA Sales Leadership Team and other ad hoc growth projects.
As an experienced Sales Operations Analyst you will be proficient in performing analysis and planning activities for operations including customer analytics, bookings analytics and sales territory updates.
You will be able to document data findings, provide details, and present findings with recommendations.
The position will also involve creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and the ability to create reports or presentations from the results.
This includes data analysis and research, with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and consolidate the results.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Ensure availability and provision of relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management
Consult with Sales Management teams to manage periodic hierarchy changes and sales rep changes to ensure appropriate mapping into the sales systems
Assist sales management with specific report and dashboards requests to support strategic and tactical initiatives
Enable the sales force by ensuring the existing dashboards and reports are fully understood and utilized
Perform analysis of data to build out complete view of customer sets
Track and Manage data changes and updates in a timely manner
Assist sales management with specific reports & ad hoc projects
Analyse and manage data for metrics & performance tracking
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and prioritise against competing efforts Qualifications and Requirements:
7+ years of work experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to Sales management teams
Experience working in the EMEA market
Software industry background
Sales Operations competence (forecasting, planning, sales systems, processes and methodologies, compensation and quota management)
General understanding of Sales Systems and knowledge domains relevant to specific processes and practices (within their application track)
Experience with financial modelling and analytical tools such as Excel, databases, etc. Nice to have: experience using Salesforce and analytics tools
Program management experience
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently
Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information
Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Strong drive and will to succeed
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
Fluent in written and verbal English
