Sales and Purchase ledger Clerk
Our Client based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an experienced sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.
The ideal person will have 5 + years experience within an Accounts role, handling all aspects including bought/sales Ledger, posting journals and double sided entry.
Handling queries with HMRC
Dealing with Tax codes, and VAT returns
Because there are many companies under their umbrella, experience is needed with working with multiple companies.
Essential skills required –
It is essential to have at least 2 years experience of working with Sage 50
Advanced Excel skills
Must have good attention to detail.
Highly motivated self-starter, able to work on own but also as part of a small team
It would be an advantage to have an Accounts qualification, but for this role experience is more important.
The client is looking for someone who wants longevity in a role, but may not suit a candidate who is looking for career progression
