Sage 200 Support Consultant
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sage 200 Support Consultant based in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and earn Up to £35k depending on experience.
The employer is looking for a special someone who gets a genuine buzz from providing excellent customer service to their existing customers.
Role Requirements
Knowledge of Sage 200.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
An analytical approach to solving problems.
A good listener.
Strong telephone skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Adaptable to prioritise and explain timescales to customers.
Ability to work on own and in a team.
Be able to priorities your workload.
Be open to learn and expand knowledge.
Role Responsibilities
Answer support telephone calls and record all calls in the call logging system fully and accurately.
Provide quality front end support
Pass IT related issues to the IT team
If unable to provide a satisfactory solution, seek guidance from support channels.
Monitor the Support e-mail box and solve any issues within your knowledge and skills.
Update mailbox with attempted calls or when a further call is required.
Help and support colleagues where required.
Take personal responsibility for self-development and training, identify and request training needs.
