We are currently recruiting an Analyst within Financial Crime Risk and Control in Cater Allen on a 9 month secondment, a key role within Line 1 supporting in the management and challenge of risk management practices within the Directorate.
You'll support the financial crime, regulatory and risk management agenda for the Bank across the Directorate, supporting the impacts of any regulatory requests and liaise with key stakeholders within Cater Allen, Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE) and other stakeholders, with particular focus on policy breach investigation, resolution, and closure.

* Supporting the compliance, regulatory and risk management agenda for the Bank
* Collating information for regulatory requests and supporting key stakeholders to assess and deliver the regulatory requirements
* Supporting managers through the various risk review processes, advising on the benefits and methods of risk reporting and management
* Producing MI showing trends analysis and reporting requests for various relevant forums and committees
What you will bring.
We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the bank's capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers.
* Proven experience in risk management and control or Quality Assurance / Monitoring is essential
* Understanding of the importance of governance and control frameworks
It would also be nice for you to have.
* Recent experience working within Cater Allen or a similar organisation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as stakeholder management
* The ability to be inquisitive, with strong demonstrated communication and organisational skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to rationalise data from several sources to create meaningful insight

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This is a 9 month secondment role (role can be performed from home or any of the in scope UK offices). – Can be based working from home or in any UK office.
