Reward Business Partner

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00
Main Responsibilities
In your role as Reward Business Partner you will proactively work with our People team in the delivery of all remuneration processes, including but not limited to the annual salary review, job-sizing and evaluation, statutory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap reporting), incentive payments, benchmarking and recognition. You will advise the business on all compensation and benefits related matters, supporting projects, developing and implementing new initiatives as appropriate.

Tasks
In support of the Head of Reward, manage and oversee reward projects including the implementation of a suitable job grading methodology supported by salary benchmarking
You will manage and review the existing benefits provision, suggesting improvements and leading the benefit renewals process
Act as the subject matter expert for all compensation and benefits queries
Provide guidance to the business on a variety of issues including setting appropriate pay levels, benefits and incentive schemes
Use up-to-date market data and insight to ensure all activity is fit for purpose and aligned to the overall Reward agenda
Be the primary point of contact for global assignee topics and expatriate management
Working in collaboration with the Payroll, System and Data Manager you will understand our HR analytics and use the insights to support decision making
Develop great working relationships with our reward and benefits third party suppliers
In conjunction with the Head of Reward, work with the global centre of competence, implementing new initiatives as required
Advise on any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits activity
Profile
Experienced Reward professional with knowledge of annual reward activities
Analytical, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with the ability to work across the different areas of the People Team
Continually identifying ways to improve processes
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent Customer Service skills, understanding customer needs and keeping customers informed
Good reporting and data analysis skills
Efficient and organised working methods
