Reporting & Analytics Analyst (EMEA Programmes) – UK Home Based – Highly Competitive Salary – Full Time, Permanent

The Opportunity – Reporting & Analytics Analyst:

This excellent work from home position will involve designing, creating and analysing both operational and client data to identify and predict trends to help drive change in our customer and financial performance. This role is key to our client relationships and our own performance management, giving valuable insights allowing us to continually improve.

What You Will Be Doing:

Working remotely, you will be working closely with our pan-EMEA colleagues to create, modify, troubleshoot and automate the availability of timely and accurate data, along with actionable business intelligence, to satisfy external and internal customers.

Timescale adherence and integrity of the MI Process is essential to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistent. You’ll interpret and analyse raw data, creating meaningful reports which translate well to a non-technical audience and confidently present to internal and external stakeholders.

There will also be an emphasis on identifying opportunities to drive changes that help transform claim outcomes, together with introducing methods to update, simplify, and enhance data processes, procedures and technologies.

About You:

You’ll ideally be within similar remit with demonstrated experience in data analysis and confident with reporting tools such as Tableau & Power BI. You’ll also have/be:

A degree in Computer Science or similar discipline would be advantageous, however qualified by experience candidates are equally as welcome to apply
The ability to present to a varied non-technical audience
Sound SQL knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced MS Excel capability
Python knowledge advantageous
