My client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to support the Finance Manager. You will be ensuring supplier invoices are coded correctly and reconciling statements. In addition to Purchase Ledger, you will also be supporting the office team with general administration duties. If you enjoy being busy and are highly organised with a passion for finance, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities and Activities
Process supplier invoices, including coding correctly and ensuring relevant sign off
Reconcile Supplier Statements
Ensure correct prices have been charged by suppliers, requesting re-invoicing where errors have been made.
Ensure suppliers are correctly authorised for payment
To provide general administration support including vehicle hire and order entry
