Purchase Ledger Clerk

£20,000 to £21,000 Depending on Experience

My brand leading client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team. You will be supporting the finance team by ensuring supplier invoices are costed up correctly. Responsibilities and Activities

To ensure suppliers invoices are costed accurately for goods and services provided
To cover expenses/Barclaycard.
To process all invoices relating to Inventory receipts
To process all expense claims (cover)
To receive invoices from suppliers, to match orders and goods received notes with supplier invoices.
To ensure correct prices have been charged by suppliers for goods and services provided.
To request suppliers to re-invoice to the correct price where errors have been made.
To enter supplier invoices into the purchase ledger system in batches and to input on to the computer.
To ensure suppliers are correctly authorised for payment by an authorised Manager and Director where necessary.
To ensure suppliers are reimbursed for correctly authorised invoices on the due date.
To reconcile supplier statements with invoices received and payments made and to ensure any errors are correct with the supplier.
To generally assist where required
To process all Sales Force expense claims (cover)
Process all barclaycard statements (cover)
Use stock interrogation to find out more about part numbers i.e. extra items booked inRole advertised: 2nd November 2021
