Are you a Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a leading, well-known business based in Milton Keynes have an opening for an organised and proficient person to join their friendly finance team. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure suppliers invoices are costed accurately for goods and services provided as well as processing invoices and expense claims.
Activities
Receive invoices from suppliers, to match orders and goods received notes with supplier invoices
Ensure correct prices have been charged by suppliers for goods and services provided
Request suppliers to re-invoice where errors have been made
Enter supplier invoices into the purchase ledger system
Ensure suppliers are correctly authorised for payment by an authorised Manager where necessary
Ensure suppliers are reimbursed for correctly authorised invoices on the due date
Reconcile supplier statements with invoices received and payments made and ensure any errors are correct with the supplier
Process SalesForce expense claims
Process statements This role is 37.5 hours per week and can be 8 am – 4.30 pm or 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday and will be office based initially before becoming home-based.
