Project Administrator/Coordinator job based in Milton Keynes (Hybrid), £160/hr Umbrella, 6 months rolling contract for a successful Global finance Company. 9am-5pm – Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in the financial world. They are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their thriving Team within Corporate Banking, leading by example and delivering a highly organised support service.
Your new role
This is a technical coordination and support position that provides effective management support to Project and Programme Managers within the Workplace PMO on a number of projects varying in size and complexity from inception to closure.
Your new responsibilities
There will be compilation of project status reports, coordination of project schedules, managing project meetings including agenda distribution, meeting minutes and monitoring of resource utilisation. Identification and distribution to the resolver teams for any technical problems. Coordination of technical project activities, ensuring all project phases are documented appropriately. The raising, coordination, and management of simple project technical Change Requests (eg. server migration, infrastructure builds). Creation and management of technical implementation and backout plans. Management of low impact technical project engagement requests.
General day to day duties will include:
* Development and maintenance of the project library * Ownership and management of project action log * Creating and maintaining project reports * Technical Rollout Schedule creation and management * Project Plan maintenance; report on target vs actual progress * Data management and analysis * Hardware shipments/Mailbox management * Coordinate project deliverables, Logging risks and issues, chairing RAID meetings * Budget tracking into Project Finance team * Coordinate technical Change Requests * Small Technical project Implementation * Technical coordination
You will have knowledge of: Essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills * Project planning ability * Excellent MS Office skills – experienced in Personal Capability / Administration Tools * Governance/PMO – experienced in Project/Delivery Lifecycle / Governance and must have previous experience in request management.
Additional Information:
The client site is a Security Cleared environment, so the successful candidate must be able to go through security clearance. Travel to other sites may be required from time to time including site visits to Branches.
