Core Group are looking for a Project Administrator
To maintain accurate records of in-progress and completed work
Work with the teams in the office to co-ordinate rollout of our infrastructure.
Administer infrastructure reservations in liaison with the planners, Surveyors and build team
Be responsible for the tracking of all Network Adjustments (NA's) through both Full Fibre and onto Client.
Work with the build teams both sub-contractor and direct labour to ensure forms are raised correctly and escalated correctly into Client
Report against client performance in all areas, driving builds through from planning to submission.
Keeping company systems up to date to ensure accurate progress tracking of orders and projects.

Have good eye for accuracy and acute attention to detail
Be a decisive thinker and able to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions.
Ideally have direct experience/exposure in a telecom or a utilities-based business
Be flexible to work in a quickly evolving company
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
experience in role with evidence of understanding of the requirements to work for a Utility business.
Competent with MS Word, MS Excel and web platforms – MS Project Preferable
Fibre delivery and/or a telecoms understanding is advantageous
Ideally working knowledge of the Openreach PIA product
Negotiation Skills and ability to talk at the correct level with all levels
Excellent communication skills
Strong academics and demonstrable experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role
